Traveller, Diver, Motorcycle rider, everything with an 'er' at the end of it!
Most airliners uses turbofan which produces thrust from the N1 compared to using the exhaust which is marginal.
It's confusing because it seems like you are trying to talk about Turbofan from the initial photo yet the diagrams are about turbojet.

In the dive industry we just call them fins. To be more specific this type of fin is called a paddle fin, the brand is Mare.
