Capitalism gave us a society where the poor are obese. Government enforced shutdowns created food lines.
I'd call it pretty just myself. If I were a juror, I'd refuse to convict for it. You play chicken with a car and lose, that's your choice.
By this logic, don't bother ever fixing anything. We're all gonna die anyways, right?
