Thank you my friend
Hahaha, just riffing off your username a little. Dude was a stud!
Yeah, I just looked a little funny with the goatee now. I feel I look better with just a little stubble on the face or clean shaven now.
Thank you very much!
About striking mid foot. I usually do a pretty good job of it and my shoes wear right in the middle. :)
Yeah, I noticed that in that picture too. It's probably because I had to kind of stage this for my fundraising coach. I try to be careful
Keep up the great work. You're going to be all over that 120 in no time!
You want to make sure it's sustainable though. If you make yourself miserable you won't stick with it. That's the key.
Thank you. I never tried to be an inspiration but it's flattering that some consider me on.
Thanks very much!
Why yes, you may.
I ran my 15k in 50s and 60s this past weekend and it was perfect. I'm expecting more of the same out there. Is that about accurate?
That's flattering and I truly appreciate it.
Absolutely. I've given bags upon bags to the homeless in Charlotte. They'll be well dressed at least!
Thank you for the kind words!
I chased him away. We lovingly call him "Fat Jeremy" now and only speak of him in past tense. Thanks!
It was, but it's totally worth it. Thank you!
No problem at all. I've tried to reply to everyone to the best of my ability. Let me know if I can offer any support or encouragement
Or Salt Lake for that matter.
If it's the one I'm looking at in Provo, I definitely am all in for next October. I can't imagine how gorgeous that run would be.
I have to do some weight training soon. I have lost a lot of muscle. Skin in other areas that won't be fixed by that though.
I've run the distance in my training, and always doing great on race days. All the adrenaline and I hydrate and get my nutrition. Thanks!
I hope to have a great time. I can't wait!
I didn't, I ran the Novant in Cornelius, NC. I'll be running the hot chocolate in Charlotte though in February.
We... we should be friends.
I obviously eat fewer carbs by default than I used to. Also, the ones I eat tend to be healthier whole grains than what I used to.
I look at it as a math problem. To me a calorie is a calorie. I know that's not completely true, but it's close enough to lose weight.
Oh hell yes! I'm all about free racing! PM me some more information if you don't mind.
Thank you my friend
