Er, mate it was a Welshman becoming king of England and uniting the countries under the St George cross that began the journey to the UK.
Wales used the St George cross as it's flag too when the UK flag was created, the Dragon flag wasn't adopted until after WW2.
Ahh, in the UK we can cross double lines to overtake cyclists/horses.
Is this wrong in America? In the UK this is just normal, the motor vehicles are required to overtake when safe.

It's the straight to VHS G.I Joe/Action Force movie from 1987. Duke was actually supposed to die here but they changed it.

Duela got retired decades ago, years later Harley was created, later Duela returned. If she hadn't been retired the would be no Harley.
It's very easy for a new character to surpass a retired one.
It's not accurate as she rocked that look before Heath Ledger was even born.
Harley Quinn was created 20 years after the Duela character (and is considered her spiritual successor)
They needed more female characters, she debuted in the 70's as the daughter of Harvey Dent (Two Face) but this has since been retconned.

Before the studio made him alter the script Leia Starkiller was the main character (not that bad), Han Solo was Greedo and Yoda was a giant.
The guys either sleeping or dead.
