As a woman selling tires, I rarely failed to have a customer come down and at least take a look if not buy, complete with new nuts!
Everything inc., but tell them I'd have to check their nuts when they came in to see if they were rusty or not :D
I managed a tire shop for years. My favourite was men calling in asking for a price on wheels and tires. I'd give them a total 1/2
