That too. Really it would help if we knew every perk card and be able to plan it out. Maybe be able to scrap cards and craft them as well
The perk system gives us a lot of routes for player builds but it feels like the progress is small b/c you start from 1 on all SPECIAL
So far its a pretty solid game. Even though the community is divided about it, I find it fun. Cant wait till full release
