Googled it myself. There are 10 that lost their re-election, but many more one-term presidents.
How many of those 10 lost the re-election?
Which is why I should probably choose Charles Darwin instead.

Sometimes in a multi-party system with a majority coalition, the votes aren't cleanly split government-opposition. Sometimes the issues 1/2
If 90% of the people wanted it, I believe it would be fairly easy. At least it would be better than the current system.
In my opinion one person should not have all that power, but that's another discussion really.
