12 step programs actually didn't help me at all, and actually made it worse in a lot of ways. Check out SMART Recovery. 8? 9 years clean
It doesn't discriminate. It happens to the greatest and the littlest of us all. Sober 9 years. AA is a great start. You got this my dude!
