No it's very hard to gain that much muscle in that time span without the use of anabolic steroids. As someone who uses them I should know.

Anyone lifting naturally should only see a muscle increase of 10 lb per year. He's obviously used some type of anabolic steroid
Period of time that is not basically not obtainable naturally, especially for somebody at your age. Great transformation none the less.
That you use them, I am a steroid user as well. But you gain a incredible about of muscle and lose a great amount of fat over a short 2/3
