Russia would be the only one and they are busy.
The Muslims in India are Sunni while Iran is Shia, so no help is gonna come from there. Egypt is also mostly Sunni and doesnt have the great relationship with Iran. Really the only "allies" Iran has its terrorist organization in the region they helped fund. But the bigger ones have been either taken out or severally degraded recently.

Whatever government that comes after has two option 1.) piss off everyone in the middle east, dooming Syria to balkanization or 2.) identifying a clear enemy the people unite behind (for nation building) and picking aside in the greater regional power with the possibility of allies and aid
Oh Assad is fucked. Russian straight up doesn't have the resources to help Assad retake the cities let alone beat them back. At a minimum it will take 2-3 weeks to get troops and supplies organized and sent over. which the rebels potential could be at/taken Damascus by then
Biden is a lame duck president now. No major geopolitical changes are gonna happen that includes a full arms embargo Israel. Even if he did do it, it would just get lifted in 2 months
