Generally, I would advise against making out with your dog, as it is true their mouths have a ton of bacteria that ours do not. Anyone with any kind of weakened immune system should definitely avoid it, as their slobber can contain E. Coli. Full grown adults should generally be OK with trace amounts of slobber unless it's on an open wound of any kind. I know some people think their dog can somehow magically sterilize wounds by licking them, but, no. TLDR: Not Really if healthy, NO if sickened.

Going on 12 years for me at this point. Crazy amounts of respect, that was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Stay diligent!! Social drinking was by far the hardest to stay smoke free, but its worth it. Isn't it nice not getting winded going up a flight of stairs? :) Congrats! Keep up the good work :)

This is what did it for me too. I would be away for only 3 or 4 days at a time, but it fucking broke me inside. Seeing how much your kids miss you when you're gone really puts shit into perspective fast. I miss what I did, but I wouldn't have it any other way, I love my boys
