When I used to work in the Gulf we would toss our bags in the middle and hang on to the outside. Those baskets were just rope and rubber though, not free standing like this one.

One of the first and most useful things you'll learn at a mechanic shop is how to put pretty much any automatic transmission into neutral without any access to the inside of the vehicle. Then you can just push the vehicle out of the way (into a ditch, if you wish)
I'd be concerned about the corrosion & discoloration on those mosfets. Also are there a bunch of water droplets on the IC?
Huge bummer but still repairable
I repair these professionally. The most common cause is a bad HDMI cable, followed by a damaged HDMI port, and still sometimes the retimer IC goes out.
