I do (unwaxed) with brisket and tritip, but the pork puts off so much liquid the butcher paper doesn’t have the same effectiveness

Is this actually about pets? My mind went to expansion of grazing rights that displace animals like antelope and sheep (among others).
That’s what I’ve always heard, grizzly country also scares the crap out of me! It’s what’s kept me from elk hunting certain states
