How unbelievably ignorant you are of the American political system. The Senate was created to represent the States while the House represents the citizenry. Only a leftist whacko (or naieve child) would desire for one state to dominate the entire nation.
Considering that the Presidency & the majority party consistently flips back & forth thereby representing both sudes of a divided nation, I think it's working perfectly. What wouldn't work is the entire nation being subjugated by a few dense population centers, which is exactly what most commenters here want. It's almost as if the concept of compromise is anathema to them.

I currently have a mortgage (converted from a building loan) that = $45 per sq ft. (minus the land). 10-15/sq ft sweat equity before that.
better with working overtime or even a part time job.
If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't do it. It took 5 years of hard labor to net 65k i sweat equity. I could have done way.. 1/2
The floorplan is basically a modular design. reduced ceiling joist size from need8ng to be TJIs to 2x12s. & no hallways (wasted space imo)

Ducted mini splits.
Pics were at night with the curtains closed. I did cut in 2 more windows eventually. One over the sink and the other on the porch.
Last time i did that, it was in so far I couldn't pull my fingers out. Of course the door was locked. And my keys in my opposite pocket.
