Laughs in polite Canadian consternation.
I'm sorry but it seems like your stop here on your journey through life is ending. This group of people is clearly not going to help you on the next step of your life. You don't need to be angry or despairing about this but you do need to move on (especially if you now have the means). This is sad and scary, but the longer you wait the more you will taint what good you had together with bad moments.Good luck and Godspeed friend.
Thank you for this imgur. I'm in a bad way.

I love everything about this. I love that he fails, I love that he straightens his little goddamn tube, and I love that he fails again. A little upset the video didn't end with him getting destroyed by a slap.
Nothin makes this more clear then having a kid. Talking to your parents be like "oh so... You are just pretending too? So like we're just turtles all the way down in pretending we know what we're doing?"
I think a way better approach is to put up a sign akin to "somebody following you in? Ask them how they're doing!" Leverage the social fabric, don't circumvent it.
I'm sorry you can't put up a sign that demands people stop common courtesy and expect it to be followed. I would love to know the stats on how many burglaries are committed by people talking others into the building. The one time this happened to me was a homeless lady trying to get somewhere heated when it was ~30F outside, but hey fuck her right?
Last saturday I went for a walk with my 6mo old and my dog down a cul du sac. A guy in a Ford F350 knocked over my stroller with my son in it. My son screamed but wasn't hurt. Truck was trying to park. Somehow pulling forward into the spot he couldn't see my stroller over his dashboard. I just... I know I'm being irrational, but since then I've been too afraid to go for a walk. I think you either build a place for people or for trucks; for some reason we built our communities for trucks.
40 years ago Amsterdam had the same highways and at roads we have. This is not an unsolvable problem
Jokes on you guys, its 3pm here and I'm in bed with my 6mo old son sleeping on my chest. I can't get out of bed without waking the baby.
That would be sikh.
I mean, a great deal of heinous shit has been done in the name of science. Eugenics was considered a form of science; it was believed we could use a scientific approach to determine good human stock. Good science is both simple and falsifiable, thus it is likely understandable.
Jokes on you guys I get my ass handed to me by algebra and the finite element method every day at my job.
And fix the Wi-Fi
I would've thought aviation was the majority of emissions from these guys but the article focuses on yachts, interesting. If you do fly a lot I beg you to consider fuel consumption in your ticket purchase, and maybe make a donation to an environmental group (carbon offsets being simple and easy) to try to account for the literal tonnes of carbon that are about to put in the air to get you flying.
Also: I've had 5 COVID shots and my wife and I just had a baby (!!!), so the sterility argument doesn't seem to pan out.
So the way our medical system in Canada worked initially: the provinces just bought health insurance for all their residents from insurance companies. This is one of the reasons I'm surprised we can't get Republicans on side, in many ways universal health care could be a corporate giveaway.
I mean I'm British and I can handle spicy things, I do like ketchup after all. As long as this isn't insane spicy like Popeyes, I don't understand how Americans can eat that, it's inedibly spicy. /S
"encourages me too get of bed in the morning"... this post was written by a cat in PR.
8/9 of the justices voted in favour, and the one didn't, Jackson, was simply of the opinion that the labor board should render their decision first, not that the coutmrts decision was wrong.
NYT is kindve a special case friend. How about your own city's local paper?

You do not need to embrace science you need to practice it.
You have the right to bear arms but you do not have the right to read as you please.
