I think quite the opposite. We must never forget how very human the Nazi's were. Understanding and preying on fear, doubt, and misery all to push their agenda of hate and death.
They were human and used foolish humans to hurt other humans. We have to be better than that, but never forget it. To dehumanize them is to remove the most important part of that horrible lesson.
We are all monsters if we fail to be better.
