Hippy dippy bullshit "cures" but peppermint oil (+almond oil carrier) swept across my forehead and temples helps with stress triggers 3
I could hardly wake up. Effexor has helped and Fioricet is my one for sure fix for really bad ones. I don't usually buy in to 2/
Botox worked best for me but it's outrageously expensive, even with decent insurance. Topomax didn't help and it made me sleep so hard 1/
