Been there. Done that. Went from 440 to 325 in a year by eating 1,500 calories/day. Also watching carbs and sugar. Currently at 314 pounds. I’m sooo looking forward to weighing 299.9 pounds. I also went from diabetic to pre-diabetic to normal. Congratulations! You’re having success! Continuing on this path is no harder than starting was. You can do it!!!
