WTF ? French here, we're trying to introduce a share of the company's profits to the employees, it's called "intéressement" (being interested in the success of the company thet employs you). It is deductible of Profits Taxes on companies, so many companies implemented it. Also, the governement creates the conditions to do it, but the the Companies Managers have to implement it...
