If you mean electric arc yes. There could be some static transfer causing the build up. I have seen arcs from my driver playing golf.
I feelt bad for my pupper his cone was too big so I went and bought a smaller one that fit better and was lighter from PetSmart.
I would be more disappointed that my kid couldn't properly roll a joint.
WTH is that a Sarlac Pit?
Is this the equivalent of a kid throwing a fit at the cereal aisle?
