Oh right. The only somewhat developed male character was that blue guy and he was unsure of himself and a weak willed person if I remember
The more PC show is Discovery. The pilot made me wanna puke. Here the characters are much better
Again, Luke and Leia being in Rey and Finns place would’ve been more impactful. If that was the first time Luke saw Han in years.Just better

It’s an old story that he wanted to die in Empire and not do the movies anymore we all know that. He obv changed his mind and came back
What do you mean “all the new ones”? He was in force awakens, where he died.
I get it now - they wanted to launch a new trio of characters but I think they buried the importance of the original trilogy in the process
Mark got short shrift and was made into a MacGuffin. That’s Ouch level bad IMO. Especially when Rey and Finn seeing Han Die loses impact
Paid millions*. Also, you could’ve had a reunion in Force Awakens if he contractually was opposed to doing more (which we don’t even know)
That’s always been the argument but he was more than happy to get our millions to come back so it’s obviously not entirely true.
Instead of two characters who’ve known him for about a couple mins. Just a bad writing choice IMO, but oh well. I’ll still give this a shot
I Know some enjoy the new characters & that’s fine, But I still think having Luke & Leia there when Han died would’ve been more impactful.
When we found out we were getting Han Luke and Leias story continued I was psyched. The result was, well, far less satisfying.
I’ve come to expect the worst. they’re not interested in the original character relationships like I thought they would’ve.
Mark has voiced his displeasure w how they handled the new franchise. He would’ve liked to have a reunion w Han on screen, etc.
Is that Charlie Day or Rick Grimes?
It doesn’t mean FOX isn’t right leaning, it just means the others (dem networks) obviously lean the way they do as well.
