If you haven't tried it, I recommend it. I legit like oat milk more that cows in coffee, and I'm not even vegan.
I still have terrible memory, and mental health problems that could be attributed to the concussions 12+ years on. Could just be life though
Having had 10+ concussions myself, the effects and timeline of recovery are difficult to predict, and may not surface immediately.
