Cat lady and EverQuest badass
Maybe if my ribs didn't wander off when there's weight on them I could try the cushion under my side 😂😂 pillow between the knees stops my knees from twisting out of joint and my hips from slipping tho so that one works. EDS ftw. Any advice for sleeping better with unstable joints? 😶
#1 Gumbus is my bedtime de-stressing ritual now, especially the yawning compilation and new outfits. And I gotta say, her sweet angel face makes me smile so much. Highly recommend people watch Gumbus before going to sleep

I've got a solid foam one that I use every day to pop my upper back. But then my joints don't work right anyway. It does help me a lot tho, if I don't pop my back I end up in a huge amount of pain until I do
I never knew they were a poor thing, I grew up preferring these over cheese sauce nachos
