The name of the "Prime Minister" is "Presidente del Gobierno". He is (was) indeed our president, as he ruled the country.
Let's hope not. Anyway, he made a pact with other parties to make elections soon. But I'm afraid that won't be the solution.

Yup, I've been in JP classes for 3ys and they're still there. I'm pretty nerd myself, but they take it to another level.
It was great! So much potential. I hope now they're doing a Black Widow movie they realize women can have leading roles as well. Or atwell.
