I'm so happy today for my country. We've been fighting for this many years. Today, this man up here leaves the presidency of the country. The other parties had to force him to do it, but I'm still happy. This man, with all his party (Partido Popular) have been stealing public money for years, and finally a jury find them guilty last week. He is responsible for what happened in Catalonia, which many of you may have heard of. But finally, he's gone. I feel Spain is opening its eyes.

This is just some happy-venting here, but I wanted you to know. May this lead to a change.

PS: Also, it's Tom Holland's birthday. What else can we ask for.

PS2 edit: BF says if this makes it to the front page, I'm getting pizza tonight. Treat me, Imgur!

That is correct. Infinity War, to be precise.

Or Spain is going to become even more unstable

That's an option, yes. But I prefer politicians arguing about politicis than thieves arguing about of they're innocent or not (spoilers:no)

He is responsible for what is happening in Catalonia? No. politics in Catalonia are the ones who broke the Law.

I don’t like this man and his corrupted party that makes me sick. You can blame him because of his inactivity but the Law is the Law.

meanwhile those fascist in Catalonian are worst and at the same level of corruption. Their tale is that Spain stoles their money

I agree with you in that. In Catalonia both parties did thing wrong, but he took it way too far.

Congrats, and good riddance to that little falangist bitch!

Wouldt go that far, but good riddance none the less. I hope they fuck him up for corruption.

What is falangist?

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The supporters of Francisco Franco's rule and ideology. Related to fascism, but not quite the same.

Let's play this "Gonna take a Spain map and guess" thing

Spain doesn't have a president. They have a King, and a Prime Minister to lead the government.

Spain HAS a President

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Spain has a King.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The name of the "Prime Minister" is "Presidente del Gobierno". He is (was) indeed our president, as he ruled the country.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He is the President of the Government of Spain, not the President of Spain. Because Spain is not a republic, it's a constitutional monarchy.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm well aware of that, thank you lol

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Then don't sit there and say he's your president when he obviously wasn't. Facts are important. Get them right.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Even if we are a monarchy, our Prime Minister (if you prefer that) has almost as many powers as US President, except for the military 1/
