Roasted garlic is one of my favorite toppings. I just buy the peeled garlic from Wegmans, put it into a couple balls of tinfoil with oil, salt, and pepper, and then oven for 425°F for a half hour. It tastes so good and is a quick add to mayo for sammiches, soups for a developed, smoky flavor, or just added over the top of salads as a topper.
