I am happy you were able to montage your progress. Was there supposed to be sound? I didn't hear anything and I was fully expecting some eye of the tiger, but also could be my phone.

Heh. I can do a pretty good forward roll, helped a lot last year when I crashed a scooter and rolled out of it. Still, getting older and creakier.....
