Agreed it depends on plastic. Based on application and processing method it narrows it down. Additives within the plastic can also offgas
If the plastic is hot enough to form via blow molding I'm sure there's VOCs within the steam

When you take multiple smaller passes when cutting just to smell it. Got to be one of my favorite scents
