We need to stop making stupid people famous for being stupid.
There are food safe pesticides out there, most of which seem to work well but follow the dosing instructions!
This is indeed an early CFL. They take an age to get bright, but seem to last for ever and ever. They were massively expensive.
For many years in the UK it was not, but it is now.
I was about to say something about watching out for Francisco Scaramanga and the Solex agitator.

The one on the left is a BS1363, the one on the right is B546. Both are legal in the UK, but the BS546 is normally used for hotel lamps.
I hope that you have access to help in dealing with these events.
The service industries should pay properly but they guilt customers into making up the shortfall instead. The tronc system is not better.

It looks like the generator is leaking too. Get that fixed or what you have is less of a lamp and more a bomb.

IIRC France does it the other way around, traffic entering has priority.
