Just learned that my fave way to do tofu is sear the block on both sides, then chop and glaze it in the oven. Crispy awesomeness.

Thus far I've been rejected from about 50 publications. I did get featured in an art magazine that comes out in a few months though.
Currently no 1) I'm terrible at keeping a blog 2) some publications claim posting even on personal blogs to be publishing and they want dibs
Unfortunately we stopped maintaining the blog when I moved to UCSC. And my fellow editor is MIA :(

You learn as you go. I recommend using myfitnesspal, it's helped me for the last 5 years. So long as you're honest w/ your input it works.

A cheat day is just consuming the same amount of calories, but you give yourself a treat. Pick one thing like a cupcake or duck fat fries.
Count calories and you need a cheat day.
