No, they are just at different heights and the front rotor is angled.
Like a plane taking off, there are g forces that are somewhat strong, but even then nowhere near dangerous
But most breeds now are bred for looks, examples. Inbreeding for "pure" breeds. Also, German shepards have problems with hip displaysia.
Just do some light research and plan it out, nearly anyone can make simple stuff like that if they have the tools
