No. If someone gives you a bomb in a sealed package for delivery, and you open it and discover it's a bomb, you have willfully tampered 1/2

I should have been more clear, I meant $1CAD/L. I'm in Ontario, though, so maybe they averaged all of Canada's prices.
I haven't paid under a dollar for gas in about 15 years, so I'm not sure how accurate that chart is.

My concern would be that the organs could transfer some part of his healing factor to the person who receives the transplant
His healing factor constantly returns his body to the exact state it was in when it first became active. New cancer heals like bullet wounds
