When is someone considered spoiled? When they get nice things or when they just demand and expect to get nice things?

It sounds like a gen micro class so they're probably working with mutants that can only grow on select media.
The infrastructure used to get people internet is essentially controlled by ISPs that try to make it impossible for new businesses to emerge
