Company I work for has unlimited sick leave (colleague for my team has been off sick for a little over a year due to brain surgery and over a dozen stokes: he's still fully covered), and unlimited PTO (people tend to take too little, but our managers give us grief if we don't take enough: it makes it look like they're doing a bad job of managing).
