What if your anxiety is primarily just your own worries looping around? I usually do other things to drown it out.
Itty bitty puppers shouldn't necessarily go out for walks where other dogs have been until they're old enough to be fully vaccinated.
There is at least one scene where they discuss it in Witcher 3, but maybe not outside the DLC.
