I believe luimarco reported that Ramy was close to 340 a couple of months ago. And this year he was small compared to what he can be.
Big Ramy, probably the biggest (as in size) bodybuilder ever. During off-season I believe he was at 340 pounds. Dude is massive.
Ramy could probably dial in at about 300 in a few years
