He's saying it doesn't matter "to the average citizen" and he's right. They just don't know about anything at all aside from the few regurgitated talking points they've heard. The number of discussions I've had with coworkers, where they clearly have no idea what's going on, is staggering. They just don't look. They don't pay attention. But they are ABSOLUTELY SURE that they know everything.

I have a 4080. From what I understand, 3-series cards performed better than 4-series cards. My buddy with a 3090 got significantly better performance in game than my 4080... It ran like garbage for me at launch, so I shelved it. Smooth as butter now after the last two patches.
After the latest patch, it's playable and enjoyable now. Finally fixed the issues with latest generation cards. All good on my end finally, and it's an enjoyable game.
