I do shit tonnes of drugs and get drunk all the time. I have never been inclined to set myself on fire.
I guess I'm asking whether there really are no circumstances whatsoever where sharing that kind of material is morally unacceptable?
What if ... the person who sent the picture stabbed me the in the eye and I lost my sight as a result. Am I allowed to share then?

I've got a friend who is a probably a 4/5 but confident, funny and charismatic. He pulls the most beautiful girls on a regular basis.
