I was 220, I'm now 180, I did weight loss surgery called Sleeving, not for everyone but hell it worked for me and I am no longer diabetic :)
Crabs are sea spiders.
Nothing makes me cry... until now.
I'm new to being a sous chef, did a 220 wedding function with 1 other cook, finished at 1am, back at 7am to prep another function that day!
I just had wls "sleeving" ...GO YOU!
To answer my phone at work, I would have to say "Kitchen" but I always said "Chicken" there would always be a pause.. I'd laugh n laugh.
