This is exactly why the democrats need to make the people responsible for Trump PAY for fixing it. Billionaire tax. Wealth tax. Financial transactions tax. Offshoring tax. Minimum tax on corporate foreign earnings. Tax on non-real assets collatoralizing loans above a certain value. Ban billionaire political donations. Make THEM pay, not US.
