If the reality were as he said we'd be in trouble because there's a lot of Muslims. I know a fair number of Muslims, never been an issue.
The scratches were half the issue, the other part as I recall was damage to the foil as well. Some people don't deserve to own anything.

The one preowned BD PS3 game I ever returned for not working was so badly scratched the manager and I were both bewildered on, scuffing 1/2
