It implies that zionism is a foundational part of a religion, as opposed to a political ideal using religion as an excuse. By not denying people housing based on drug use. Addiction is ADDICTION. The shelters available now are inadequate and often just as unsafe as the streets. Add in drug withdrawal and I don't know what you're expecting.There are enough empty homes for the US' homeless pop. multiple times over. If you don't want shit in your driveway or people sheltering where you don't like it, they need somewhere else to fucking go. If they trash their own house it isn't your problem.
