When I did landscaping I put in 8 or 9 hour days but I felt emotionally strong since it wasn’t very demanding in that way. I still found time to hit the gym 4 days a week. I’ve been working an office job 15 years and haven’t been to the gym since. I am just so mentally exhausted I just. Can’t.
