Anecdotally that about tracks against my experience in year 4. I'm nowhere near as muscular as I used to be despite the same activity level
Yes, a few years, but not indefinitely. Iirc the biological differences in muscle mass and bone density equalize around year 5
Multiple studies have confirmed that after a couple years, trans women have no advantage in athletics
