It's like baking but instead of heat coming from the bottom it comes from the top of the oven downwards.
I used a cast iron griddle. I was attempting to replicate a broiling pan without actually having to buy one.

I agree. However, Costco is a great company. They genuinely care. Employees are treated extremely well. It's Wal-Mart that I'm ashamed of.
Costco is literally expanding in Europe. It's simply a successful business model directed at its consumers. Nothing to be "ashamed" about.
(2) all while creating a member for life who is going to say great things about Costco to everyone they know. Yeah sure sounds stupid.
(1) Return an old product for certain amount (in store credit) so the member can buy the new version of product that costs 3x as much
