In Utah the medical marijuana put in law were way stricter than the ballot measure.
Omg I am there with you. My first round of antibiotics did nothing. My Dr prescribed a second dose but CVS pharmacists are on strike so after 4 days of it not being filled I called another pharmacy to have it filled. However the dosage the Dr prescribed is not common so now I am waiting for him to write a new prescription. Hope you feel better!

I remember on Love Line Dr Drew would say that many women that have little girl voices meant they were sexually assaulted when they were young.
