Price up the rentals. May actually be same price to hire someone. They will have better gear and do it twice as fast. Leave less of a mess
Drum or belt sander, edger, and a random orbital is a good idea for removing scratches left from edger .
I do that for a living. That looks good! Well done, especially since it is so easy to mess up. Really easy to mess up when staining
