Old CoD and BF, hell alot of those games back then you didn't "need" the DLC to play but nowadays CoD maps are empty bar DLC ones
BF1 was terrible. BF4 was garbage for a long time. BF5 got hate for letting people be female and PC
Yet, I and most people I play it with feel it's more of a squad feeling that the last 2 or 3 BF games. More akin too BFBC2 sqaud play.
Exactly. For me it's probably Skyrim, BF series and the good glory days of Halo 1 PC multiplayer. I miss that game
That's not good. That game suffers the worst Store system I've known. The grind and recently the pain to win grind is crazy
Every month events with skins and guns. New maps, the latest map is one of the best maps
I beg to differ. I wouldn't have played over 500 hours if I didn't enjoy it. Did you eat your edgy train pills to hate it ?
No paids DLC. Anthem granted bad had no paid DLC. EA got burned by BF2 and they seem to be changing things
That's the thing. They did. I 100% agree they used to straight up milk stuff. FIFA is the worst. But things like no more battlefield premium

That's true. But 520 hours in BF5. Over 360 in BF3 & 4. Around 250 in BF1 still says enough

BF5. No Premium. Free DLC. Free maps. Weekly free events. Only Skins for real money. Which you don't need
I enjoy the game. So I buy it. Why shit on things people enjoy because you want the hate train. When Activision and Blizzard are worse ATM

I mean. I own every Battlefield and played each over 3-400 hours. If you enjoy the game what's $50 for over 300 hours +
Yeah pretty much had 2 groups within one company. Old guard Bioware wanted a different game to New Guard. So it was a mix of 2 ideas
Also, I believe the Loot Boxes are not an EA thing. But an Apex choice
I personally preferred the Horror, but it wasn't EA who did anything wrong this time
The main character started off scared but slowly became used to it and thus the lack of Horror in 3. That was the developers plan all along
