I ranked academics, despite the inefficiencies in the big hospitals. You do have to compete with students/residents though

Yeah, I'm going for zoo med. In a specialty internship now, hopefully a residency next year.
Good for you! Maybe one day I'll have a real life, but not today (or tomorrow). Stay strong and don't forget to try to take care of yourself
