The irony being that people who would accept these jobs cannot live around those houses because the property value was driven up so bad that you can’t find decent accommodation around on a small salary.
I had an interesting chat in Brittany with a property manager, who welcomed guests into a few holiday houses along the coast. She said that they’re are many many many empty houses because most of the homeowners can’t find property managers willing to be there for check-ins, check-outs, and to clean the houses as well, for a shit pay. They live abroad or far away, use their house one a year, and leave it vacant just because « no one wants to work anymore » /s

Of meat it adds up to roughly 11 % of antibiotics of veterinary uses. So the short answer is : a lot would get sick and die, you'd eat 2/
